The PAPER is blank without an INK. And the INK cannot paint the PAPER properly without the profound feeling within the dungeons of the HEART of the pen pusher. It is the profound feeling that pierces the midst of the HEART, and races the thoughts, to pace the pen, to regurgitate INK on the PAPER.
It’s HEART, INK and PAPER.
Once again, the EloHIP Poetry Based Art Session was hosted by Zealot just outside Desmond Mpilo Tutu Hall (opposite the Basketball Court; adjacent to Makhaza Centre) in Makhaza on the 29th of March 2014. The session was beset with technical problems in the beginning (poor sound quality).
Whist the problem was remedied, the audience was entertained by an unplugged sound. It was poetic verses by Truth over Lies, Zealot and Thobile. Thobile is an entertainer, so as Owza. Those two blokes do not have stage fright and they know how to get the crowd shaking and jumping.
There were massive performances. The audience was edutained by the likes of Zealot, Acumen & Amalahle Ashushu, Thulz (a junior), Kay Dot, Choice, Bee, Karl Mics a.k.a Sarhili, Owza, Sapta Lamas, D.Y.S, Master Sor, Khusta, Mawethu, Jah Leader and others. The next session will be on the 26th of April 2014.
